About 50,000 people work 24 hours a day on the project # Sochi2014. Currently the largest construction site in the world. In February 2014, host city of Sochi Winter Olympics. This winter (in February) in the Mountain Cluster has the first test events: skiing, biathlon, snowboard and freestyle.
Sochi will organize in about 2.5 years the most compact Olympic Games ever held.
All ice stadiums will be built in a circle within a diameter of not more than two kilometers, including the Olympic village.
An amazing project.
I visited the coastal cluster in recent days already for the third time this year and saw the enormous progress of the construction. All the stadiums will be ready in time as well as entirely new infrastructure. (183 new properties are built..)
