I don't know about the trigger I think it's for the effects. But it is an AWESOME!! snare drum. I own one. It's the best I ever have owned to. It's the only one I ever use now out of all three of my snares!!

travis is nothing i repeat nothing on stewart copeland he is just a skate boy who drums in time and loud but has zero personality and predictable breaks,like he just marched out of a drum corps into a pair of hipster jeans and piercings.

Im a drummer and i could out class travis on the drums in style ,technique and free form grooves.However saying all that he is a pop drummer and does it well within what he can do comfortably
