Netrobka and Bartoli are great and I love them both but my favorite is Angela Gheorghiu that is why I mention her so often in my articles about opera.

Gheorghiu is simply one of the greatest lirico-spinto sopranos of all time - an absolutely glorious voice with looks to add.

I believe, honestly, that Angela Gheorghiu is the best soprano of the modern age. I am of Romanian origin myself and I had the privilege to see her in London, at the Covent Garden, when she made her international debut in 1994 with the role of Violetta from Verdi's "La Traviata". I own the DVD version of this very "Tosca". She is magnificent. I do believe, however, that Alagna could have worked a bit harder on his part. Overall, an exceptional performance offered by this soprano of genius.
