Wow this guy is deceiving, he makes it look so easy and seems so relaxed but that guy has some serious skills. Thanks for keepin it real Marco

@LondonPride25 These men & women are called "professional chefs" for a reason. They have the training, skills, experience, time & effort to not only make this great food, but make it look fairly easy. What Marco said was 100% on-point. If you have a job, it's going to take time & patience to make something like meringue. Ever try making a pasta dish with a bolognese (bolognaise) sauce from scratch? It takes anywhere from 5-8 hours cooking time. Be both bold & practical. You a Fuller's Man, LP?

@solord Well said sir. I tried making my own meringues a couple of times and guess what, they were shit compared to the store-bought ones I normally get. Suppose that says more about my cooking than anything but Marco's bullshit-free approach is definitely refreshing

2:25 By the look of Marco... I don't think that was sugar he sprinkled haha

@afterapplepicking He's not dead. Whoever told you that is telling fibs.
"And let's live in the real world: If you haven't got time to make Meringue, BUY IT. Go down to the supermarket."
How many three-star Michelin chefs are going to be that brutally honest with the viewers? Like it's no big deal - Go to the goddamn supermarket - It's not the end of the world if you don't want to make homemade meringue - What the hell do I care?
