These are some of my personal collections of the AWAKE! magazine in several languages published by Jehovah's Witnesses. The purpose of this journal is stated in page 4 of each AWAKE! issue released, which is as follows:
THIS JOURNAL IS PUBLISHED for the enlightenment of the entire family. It shows how to cope with today's problems. It reports the news, tells about people in many lands, examines religion and science. But it does more. It probes beneath the surface and points to the real meaning behind current events, yet it always stays politically neutral and does not exalt one race above another. Most important, this magazine builds confidence in the Creator's promise of a peaceful and secure new world that is about to replace the present wicked, lawless system of things."
The AWAKE! magazine is currently published monthly in 81 languages with an average printing of each issue of 35,754,000. Publication of AWAKE! is part of a worldwide Bible educational work supported by voluntary donations.
The languages shown in this video are as follows in random order: English, Chinese (Simplified), Tagalog, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Iloko, Hiligaynon, and Cebuano.

have u read the feb 09 issue of awake? there is an interesting article under the "young people ask" section entitled "how can i get over a breakup?" it points out that a breakup is like a wound. it hurts, but in time it will heal. i guess this article was written mainly for those in serious relationships but the advice it gives also apply to the ones who have experienced a fallout with a good friend. my favorite magazine.
