I think 'Pesah' should be 'Pesach' - which is a cake eaten c. Purim/Passover.
But the album says Pesah, and I don't have the werewithal to differ.

  • This is a Turkish-Jewish song. Pesah is the Turkish spelling of the holiday. In English we approximate the Hebrew letter 'chet' with a 'ch' but in Turkish there is no 'ch' sound. So most 'chets' are rendered simply with an 'h'. For instance: Hag Pesah Sameah is correct in Turkish spelling.
