i get it this guy obviously was a frikkin retard ive been hunting for 28 years never have i seen anybody refuse to retrieve a bird b ecause it landed to far nor have i ever witness a hunter refuse to properly kill the animal after the retrieve who would want i live bird in your vest you risk the loss of your kill and it makes a mess.....

Also this hunter was not fined and did not have his firearm confiscated or you would have had more pictures and evidence to support your ridiculous claim ...all your pictures show is DSE officers talking to a hunter...Either checking he had the correct permit to be on the lake his ammo he was using his bag limit or his firearms licence...
