Before you start the mission, you should be told where to find some. If not, look on your map (and check the key. It should show you all the black market sellers)

i found somethnig weird before the mission when i call the alll 4 of the thing after u got it full they turn up in the mission

my second favorite misson my third is number 20 (baptist by fire) my favorite hit in the hitlist is when u throw the guy off the big hotel bacolny and he hits the car
