Four-Way Kidney Exchange: Meeting of Donors and Recipients

In a paired kidney exchange, the donors and recipients are not allowed to meet prior to surgery. This video documents the meeting of some of the donors and recipients involved in the four-way kidney exchange that took place at the University of Maryland Medical Center on Nov. 2 and 3, 2009. A speech delivered by UMMC's director of kidney transplantion Dr. Matthew Cooper is also featured.
