  • Dhanyobaad for this lovely video. Proud Bong ;)

  • @ShivangiManannan Thanks :-)

  • what does "hrashyo _" mean anyway? (Sorry I'm a complete and utter novice.)

  • @Utensil7 it means short

  • Good attempt...I'll refer some of my friends here.

I think it should be simplified.

    1. It might be a good idea to drop the 'hrashyo' e et al and simply e and ee could do.

    2. 'ri' might be ommitted

If it's simple children might like that

    thnks

  • @mithunbarik thanks :-)

  • @talkingbees Thank you!

  • @NethDugan I am late to reply you.But it would be "Faruk o tar poribar ke "-"ফারুক ও তার পরিবারকে ,"(to Faruk n family)

  • I'm sorry to be a total pain, but I'm trying to write a card to a family friend, whose native language is Bengali, and was hoping to say 'Faruk and family' in Bengali but a look through the few online dictionaries don't seem to help even after i got the right font. And I was wondering if you knew how or could help?

  • @Utensil7 its pretty much putting that vowel in a word I should know I'm bengoli

  • my friend n i have been feeling quite morose abt nt being able to read or write our mother tongue ; bengali even when wer like 18 ,could u tell us a gud website dat can help?

  • hrashyo means 'short'

    and dirgho means "long"
