Lindsey Graham to Gates: Ignore Congressional Authority

Lindsey Graham during a hearing with Gates prodding him to encourage Bush to go around Congressional authority and approve a SOFA agreement with Iraq, and uses our troops as scape goats by trying to say that this is about them and their protection when it clearly is not in order to make the argument. Graham wants to help Bush keep us in Iraq forever, even to the point of arguing that the branch of government he's a part of should have their authority upsurped by Bush.
