  • oke i just watched some of your stuff from 2009 and im really shocked you even dare to give a reaction with caps locks.

you guys lack a lot of control and flow, you are making slow progress in 1 year.

work on the catleaps: feet first to absorb the shock, then place the hands followed by a climb in one motion.

and please stop making the little kid do stuff his body cant handle.

  • ok... where exactly are YOUR videos??? cause i dont see u doing anything on ur page. since u talk such a good game i wanted to see if u could back it up... but u dont have ANY PKFR vids uploaded to ur page, so unless u can show us how great u are im gonna ask u to keep ur comments to urself... really, why would i take advice from someone who hasnt shown me anything???

  • and your precissions are far, but suck like hell.

you should read some more about it becouse i cant really explain this stuff well in english.

some tips: jump higher, land on your "sesamoid bone???" dunno in english.

the goal of a precission jump is to jump on an object and stand still on it, if you lose your balance the precission fails and you have to try over:)

  • can u READ english well enough to see in the opening credits that this was after ONLY ONE MONTH OF TRAINING.

lookup FearlessHyenasStunts here on youtube and see what we can do after a year of training.

Hey guy, honestly you need to learn to take advice from people. Though they may not say it in a nice way recognise that they are only saying it because they see a flaw in your technique. Good job for a month.

Everything needs work though... but hey that is the nature of parkour. You will never be perfect but you know what you will be. You.

That's the best advice you can ever receive. You do parkour for you and you only. Anymore and your doing it for the wrong reasons.

    Train safe.

  • Nice job pretty good for a month. Im a freerunner in philadelphia too. Im still a noob tho.

  • he doesnt have to be good at parkour to give good advice what hes sayin is pretty solid. but the little kid doesnt look like hes really hardcore about it it looks like hes just messin around. if they MADE him do stuff like backflip 720s off stuff that would be bad

  • work on the climbs: you need a lot more flow in this and strength training is very important, find your own effective way on your climbs, dont drill your old uneffective techniques since theyre hard to unlearn, learn new and more effective techniquest instead.

  • i posted a message before this wich was 500 letters long explaining everything n stuff including that this was pretty well for 1 month of training, i didnt see it wasnt posted here becouse it had to be 499 letters long i think
