I've got footage of this racing in early 1980's from TV One's 'Sport on One' at Puke when it catches fire and Trevor Crowe has to get out and put out it out himself. Also racing against the Algie Aleftta 5 litre V8

What is that noise! A supercharger or straight cut gears? It sounds great! If only I could afford to do this I'm thinking about buying a starlet again.

What a epic creation.
Massive thumbs up, and yeah, stick the engine in ex TWR Vitesse.

Its great to see such a piece of new zealand motorsport history restored to such a high standard well done!i`ll never forget watching roger at levels back when it had the flat plane cranked ?3.9 in it it sounded amazing but from what i hear used to shake all the bolts loose.
It`d be pretty cool to see you matched up against steve scoles tr (ex ian rover spares car) and see who would win.

It will cost a lot of money, but if you are already in the motorsport ,it is possible to find a customer . Here I could find some poeple for a pit crew . We need to be 4 pilots ...for 24H it is not to much. I knew in my military time a pilot of the Formel Ford championship in france ,but i must find him..he is now about 40 Years old too . I know in France a litle firm producting some oil and fuel additive...they could be also a sponsor(The boss is rover fan!)
This project is my dream!

They must build this angine on a good old Rover SD1 Vitesse and go to the 24H of Nürburgring in Germany!
