This song is either referring to the lead singer's drug of choice or girl of choice, or both ;) This is just a continuation of 80's glam/pop metal so don't jump aboard now. Either you like it all form the 80's, even some of the cringeworthy cheesy stuff, or you don't. I love it all, metal metal metal. And hair/glam metal 80's-90's fucking rocks.
