There is a reason some surfers are afraid to try kiting. If you're afraid of breaking a bone once in awhile its probably not for you. But, if I had to summerize kiting in two words they would be, "Worth it"

I'm happy to say that if you ever find yourself doing someting adventurous in life and accidentally hurt yourself, that every one of those kiteboarders you are filming would lend a helping hand. That guy in your video is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.

@rcmurray7 Calm down Beavis! This confirms my suspicion kiteboarders ARE in fact kooks. Who do you think got help for that guy? Maybe I should have left him there. Stealing your gear? Really? What, your neon rash guard you guys like wearing OVER your wetsuit and some fugly "board" shorts? I'll pass but maybe I'll piss on it next time I see it on the beach. Name calling too, huh? @Rich103 haha...ya, i don't know... i thought it would be funny to shoot the kiteboarders and not mention my dog at all pooping in the bottom of the frame then the "broken" leg episode unfolded in front of me...
