try to read the Holy Qur'an it's useful to you better than the Buddhism

@khaledmid123 Thank you for your recommendation. I actually have studied all of the world's major religions - some more in depth than others. My knowledge of the Qur'an is very limited and if the books lands in my lab, so to speak, then I will read it. Namaste.

@Indianapolis57 have you ever concentrated upon one point for more then 9 min? if so you might be like me going to a meditative state almost trance which feels awkward since the field of sight dissolves from separative appreciation to whole completeness.. no more fixed object but just one field which one realizes is apart of as the experience of wholeness... might be the reason behind the mute amount of eye movement to continue sharing without dwelling in this aweness

@ChannelHigherSelf , its too amazing to study world major religious, but please you need to give an attention to Holy Qur'an it's too amazing than any thing else, it give you a lot of +ve power and there is a researches about the affect of water by Qur'an the words only without saying it, can give a water molecule the beautiful shape when only you but a bottle of water and around it a paper of hole Qur'an, the Arabic language also have a power, all i need to know is to read it and then feel :).
