I've had my 910 for over 20 years and I had a similar problem. It looks like your computer is losing power. Have you changed the 9V battery?
My computer finally died and I had to buy another wrecked 910 and replaced it.

FYI to all, it is now fixed. All it needed was a really good cleaning in the electronics as well as all the solder joints touched up on the boards. Now it works like a dream!
