  • thanks @tigerrish for all your videos there great

  • I loved Manikato so much - I can't even go near his grave at the Valley without getting misty over all the wondetrful memories this horse gave me throughout his long career. Fve William Reid's four Futurities, a Ryder, a Queen Elizabeth Cup, etc. What a great racehorse.

  • My all-time favourite thoroughbred. I loved this horse.

  • After seeing all the greats of the last 50 years live~ he is the best sprinter I've seen. He had muscles on top of muscles & a will to win which only comes from nature nothing else. Cannot educate that into a throughbred, it's born in. Listen to the names of some of those he beat & made look like second raters who were top horses in their own right. Only true super horses are capable of that feat. I was on the corner when he pushed Karaman to get out at Caulfield. Visit his grave at MValley

  • there has been no better horse to ever race in Australia.

  • Manikato was my favourite race horse when I was a kid. Got to see him run at Flemington for my 13th b'day. Never forgot it.

Thankyou so much for putting this up :)

  • Manikato is the best horse i ever saw Kingston Town included

  • I was lucky enough to be in Australia for those years working for Bart Cummings and Manikato was very special indeed. Thanks so much Tiger for letting me relive the magic again.

  • Cool :D

    Thanx. Look forward to it!
