Hi smooth operator,

Im a Safety officer on construction, and your perception of safety can make people get  injured or maybe even KILLED, the number one perpose of Safety is to prevent injury through preventative measures. Its not the supervisors or the safety officer thats going to be injured or be put in a wheelchair for life, ITS YOU WHO ARE WORKING DIRECTLY! Preventative measures are there for YOUR protection. and its got nothing to do with bonusus. a bonus wont put your arm arm back on

I cant agree with you more, i KNOW that it is the worker that is in direct fire of any safety infraction, however , the point of this video is to enlighten the reason WHY the project managment want us " to be safe". companies cannot and will not operate with bad safety records, they dont care WHO gets hurt, only that NO ONE gets hurt, If I was to get hurt, they wouldnt care about my family or me, as much as they would care about that " lost time accident" that just occured..thats all i am saying

Good to see that your job is secure. If I'm ever in the need for a 'Big Giant Crane' operator, I'll keep you in mind. (All of my construction projects require only the very BEST)
