HMC40 visual tests

Recent trip to Afghanistan has made me put my HMC40 to the test. I decided to post up various scenarios and the camera settings I used to achive the result. No audio here, but audio was damn clear using the XLR adapter and sony wireless mic system, decent low audio noise and compression to the AVCHD codec.

I seriously think this camera deserves more credit.

Extremely noise with slow-shutter speeds at around 1/3 or 1/2.  It does not make for a adiquete low-light cam either way. Timelapses of traffic/cities seem to yeild good results though when there is motion involved (like traffic).

I just bought this camera. Are you happy with it? Your results are great. I just wish I could film at night at the sky or stars
