Obama and his cohorts are the ones who want to continue to grow government and take over the private sector ---Obama is following Saul Alinsky's model (communist author of book: Rules For Radicals) to a tee. Obama is more like Hitler (far right) or Stalin (far left), who both wanted absolute power.

I'm not surprised his speech didn't make sense to you. He probably didn't lace it with all the Becksonian conspiracy-theories that are much more understandable. So you are sure that Powell voted because of race. So if Jesse Jackson ran Powell would have supported him? Likely not. Maybe, just maybe, Powell was a bit pissed at the W administration; after all he was the only one the world trusted out of the lot. You know that cost him a possible presidency seat?!? Powell has actually revealed himself a traitor. Not only did he vote against his party because of race, but he also went against his own conscious when he went to the UN to promote starting the war in Iraq. Powell became a liberal because of Obama, falling under his spell, along with all those libs who can't think for themselves. I used to like Powell, even went to one of his ocal college speeches, but he made little sense even then, with contradicting statements. Now he's just a media puppet.
