One wideveam laser creates the laser cirtain and the other is a pulsed modulated laser using differing segemants of light staggered one in front of the other (like how a newspaper image is created - loads of different coloured dots). These are aimed at the person while asleep so there is a holographic image in front of your eyes. Also see my post below...

This is the technology used in dream manipulation of electronic harrassment together with a beam which created sensations on the body. The dream video seauence which is played back is taken from 1st person perspective using what a beleive is a head / helmet mounted camera so the played back video looks realistic as if coming from ones own vision.

Manipulate - Make it look like you are a nutcase in front of others - using your gut instinct to retaliate against harrassment that cannot be taking place - get the idea ? Picture perhaps the individual talking to himself when in fact retaliating against the unknown source of vocal sound transmissions directed at him / her.

@mhkyus1 I am a targeted individual and I live in Kentucky, too. My targeting started after filing a lawsuit with The Galt House Hotel and filing compliants against Kool Smiles. The women there are satanists. I've said this over & over and for years now. They let me know that I had no privacy in 2009. They not only monitered my personal emails and chatted about them in front of me on the job, but they let me know I was being watched in my home. The company changed my social # too.
