Adrian Huston owns The Huston Family Farmhouse with his wife Felicity. Adrian explains to BBC's Julian O'Neill that new standards are being applied to new self-catering units, ones not made clear by the Tourist Board. These make it hard to obtain 5 star status. NI Tourist Board's Heather Coyle explains that exisiting 5 star premises found not to meet the new standards are not being downgraded for a year, with customers not being told of the two standards being used for 2012, the year of the Irish Open 2012 just 3 miles from Adrian's vacation rental.
