I was having trouble with the lids of these coolant resevours not sealing well after they got hot under the hood. Found an easy fix for that.

Also I have been buying $6 check valves from McMaster Carr and 4 of the 5 I bought have failed now. I even put a check valve on the lid of the electrolyzer so as to equalize the pressure as the tank cools down but I'm still getting bubbler water back into my gas tubes.

  • "Check valves" are working correctly. They allow anything to flow in one direction. They stop the flow in the opposite direction. The water you see is coming from the HHO Generator. The Check Valve allows both water and HHO to pass in one direciton. I use the ones from US Plastic Company:

64048 1/4" PP Standard Check Valves

    Qty 30: 5% off; Qty 60: 10% off; Qty 180: 15% off; Each Yes $0.68

Keep up the good work KyHighlander59.

  • @KyHighlander59 Thank you very much my friend.

  • I'll have to give that a shot. Hope it is that simple. Although I'm doing really well without messing with the sensors at all.

  • I've heard that you might be able to just "reset" the O2 Sensors, when your all hooked up and ready to run. just disconnect the Positove Terminal on the Battery, for about 5-10minutes.. reconnect it, and then you have to Drive your vehicle for at *least 10miles, doing stop and go, but mostly "cruise controlled" for at least half that time, and low-high accelerations.. it should "reprogram" the wave sines in your O2 Sensors with the added HHO now. Worth a try! :) Cheers! and Good Luck! :)
