5 rounds 30 sec on 15 sec off.. This drill will give you the conditioning of an immortal warrior.. The key here is to sustain the wave in the rope for the duration of 30 sec without rest.. Florida's premier kettlebell gym WWW.HITKBFIT.COM

  • what diameter and length is that rope?

  • Out of curiosity, what's the weight of the kettlebell?
