@Harleyquinn191 It's Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, a VERY explicit and dirty show from Japan. The show's style is an homage to Western animation. And the GIR-looking thing is Chuck, their pet zipper-dog-thing.

@SweetSanctuarii Before we dubbed this, I was watching other people's versions and they didn't do the scream any justice. :| My sister had a lot of fun doing it herself. =D

Nice-a work! You know, I think Panty's voice is fine the way it is. It suits her well. And Stocking's voice is very nice!
