Electro-Faustus EF-102 + Wah Pedal = Really Freaking Cool Sounds

They're cheap, they're loud -- they're awesome. This one in particular, the EF-102, is my favorite of the bunch. It's a "photo Teremin," which basically means that the pitch is made from how much light it picks up rather than the proximity of your hands. I plugged mine into a "Wah Pedal..." Very neat squeal-y fart-y sounds came out. Not exactly music -- but a lot of fun!

I do have a question though.. Does the knob on the side control the light-sensitivity?

And has this photo theremin a external 9V input, or only a 9V battery input?

I consider buying one of these, but i cant find much information on the EF site..

Did something similar with an MXR-100 and Wah pedal and stringless acoustic guitar in 1983. The acoustic guitar was a nice visual touch but probably didn't have mach to do with the sound produced.
