This diet works great!!! I lost 40 pounds. I still need to lose about 20 until I get to my main goal. But I haven't gained anything back so far during maintanence. I got mine from dietaidhcg.

geez! has anybody ever tried the Acuspeed 24 Diet (google it)? I heard some awesome chatter about it and my cooworker shed tons of weight trying it.

Today is day 12 vlcd I have lost 14 lbs so happy about but why do you think I am so hungry ? Just not fair when I hear those like you who are not ...What to do ?

Maybe you need to adjust your dosage. Keep in mind a higher dosage is not necessarily more effective. I do better on a dose closer to .125 as opposed to .150. You should not be hungry

The meal plan is the same regardless of how long your round is. Sorry I don't have it written down. I kept things pretty simple and precooked and prepackaged in the fridge and freezer made it easier for me.
