  • i was in the fist carriage after falling asleep drunk from the night before, and i walked away without a scratch...MK1s,safe as houses...

  • Was the loco manned or did the driver have to jump out?

  • Papa-pathetic creatures of me-meat and bone

  • HOW DARE THEY TOTAL A NICE ENGINE LIKE THAT?

  • The amible Sir Walter Marshall, later Lord Marshall Of Goring, with York built TSO M4514 behind.

  • the crash looks very "Gerry Anderson", doesn't it?

  • Aww, that peak didn't deserve that.

  • It is the train heating boiler that makes its departure from 46009, the 30 tonne power unit is held down by twenty 30mm bolts

  • why they use steel why dont they use titanium its lighter and stronger

  • @class37s Maybe somthing to do with the engine wich i suspects weighs probably 30 tons+ decelerating from 100 or so mph to 0 in a very short time. Even pretty stong bolts are going to have a tough time keeping that weight down.
