This's bad Tom yum cooking.
She shouldn't put prawns before an ingredient cos it's gonna make the taste bad because the soup gonna smell fishy.
And never stir when put prawns in the pot.

Too much of everything except for the shrimp. Should leave head and tail on the shrimp and you should crush lemongrass instead of slicing them like that. Your missing tamarind powder also. We don't use that cube thing either. Thai people use soybean paste.
