http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 32 of the P90X extreme training system and I did the Yoga X workout today. As I mentioned previously, I'm really starting to fall in love with yoga...

I really pushed myself hard during yoga today and really worked on my stretching and flexibility. I'm definitely becoming more and more flexible with each workout.

My lower back is a little sore from the workout so I'm going to take it easy tonight and rest it. I may get a massage tomorrow to see if that helps.

The diet is still on track and although I didn't get a chance to post a review on the blog of the Beachbody supplements I just started taking, I definitely will. I'm also adding creatine into the mix.

  • Nice blog. There is no reason to "cycle" creatine. It isn't a steroid.

  • JP, I started Creatine at the beginning of phase two. I do it before my workout and recovery after.Good Move, you should see a huge improvement in stamina and strength.

  • Sorry your back is feeling it. Take care of your back, man. You need that for everything. Remember as someone said to me, bring it, don't break it! Interested to hear about the results of the supplements. I am going to add those religiously in round 2...
