Yes Richard did tap and thats not what he was upset for. Diego held the choke after the ref stopped the fight than threw a left as he got up, he than walked over and flipped Richard off right in his face and thats when he got upset. Get ur facts right or keep your mouth shut. Step in the cage with either guy and those of you talking shit would be done with!
