  • is this a concert ukulele?

  • @kingkongkk92, yup! It's a concert Oscar Schmidt that I got for around $50.

  • when your plucking how do you know where the notes are????

  • Uh... each fret is a different note, so you just gotta memorize it. I don't really know how else.

  • I just got my uke 2 days ago. I've never even held one or played any string instrument in my life. My only experience reading sheet music was 2 years in middle school (trumpet) I'm almost 30 years old. The plucking thing is still a mystery to me. Having said all that, I've managed to put this song together thanks to this tutorial. Fun! Thanks man!

  • You're welcome. I'm glad that someone got some use out of this.

  • you are very good at explaining the strum pattern as with most tutorials that is were i suffer. thank you! :D very good :D

  • @Nsxyy each string is a different note G, C, E, A. If you play the G sting on the first fret you would be playing G Sharp, then the second fret would be A, then A sharp, then B, then C, C sharp, D, D sharp, E, F, F sharp, and so on. It is the same for all strings, the second string (from top to bottom) first fret would be C sharp, then D, D sharp, E and so on.

  • this is very confusing, partly cus i cant see what your playing but i ggot the "in the jungle.." part at least.. :P thanks. my ukulele is pink

  • i have the same ukulele as you!!

  • brooo i have the same uke

  • listen to the original song

you'll notic it fits way better to play a C majo instead of a C7

  • Dude cool vid but i have to say u look like that king guy in role models

  • @Menyus18 standard GCEA
