@Nsxyy each string is a different note G, C, E, A. If you play the G sting on the first fret you would be playing G Sharp, then the second fret would be A, then A sharp, then B, then C, C sharp, D, D sharp, E, F, F sharp, and so on. It is the same for all strings, the second string (from top to bottom) first fret would be C sharp, then D, D sharp, E and so on.

Uh... each fret is a different note, so you just gotta memorize it. I don't really know how else.

I just got my uke 2 days ago. I've never even held one or played any string instrument in my life. My only experience reading sheet music was 2 years in middle school (trumpet) I'm almost 30 years old. The plucking thing is still a mystery to me. Having said all that, I've managed to put this song together thanks to this tutorial. Fun! Thanks man!
