405 bench press

the smaller black plates are newer 45's, yes i know they look like 35 but it is 45 and to prove i can bench 405 check my other vid of me doing it with 4 regular sized plates

nice bench, you should work on doing more than one rep. that would be even more impressive if you could do 4 or 5

if my eyes dont deceive me, bar = 45, 4*45=180, 35*2=70, 25*2=50, 10*2=20 there for 45+180+70+50+20=365lbs not "405"  but don't get me wrong, 365lb bench is an incredible bench, great job.

the first set of black plates are 45's. they are smaller then the older style of 45's i have (silver ones)

my weights are similar I have a bigger silver 45 and my black 45 is somewhat smaller but yeah I do believe you have 405 on the bar, GREAT JOB MAN
