  • Hi. I wonder what kind of music this is. I would really like to use these songs to my own training. Are they coming from a cd, and what's their name?

  • @Lamusicienne - our music is selected as part of our programming and development process for each of our 8 programs. The very BEST way to work them in to your training is to find a club in your area that offers Group Core and give the 30 minute action-packed, functional, core-training workout a try!!
