Expanding on his video about the necessity of a creator, Pastor Keith explains why an eternal being is necessary as a result of the simple rule that "out of nothing, nothing comes"
So we should take the teachings of a man using a phrase he cannot spell as proof of the existence of some kind of higher being that may be referred to as God?
Actually "nothingness" is all there is. But "nothingness" is also fullness. It is like saying "is the glass half empty or half full." Well, it is both. There is no "I." There is "no self." That only exists when you "think" about it. But even then it is just a "thought" it doesn't really exist. So you are "nothingness" which is ___________ and fullness itself. "know this" and you know the truth, the truth that shall set you free.
The universe can not be enternal as it would take an infinite amount of time for anything to happen, and also an infinite amount of things would happen in an infinite amount of way before the moment RIGHT NOW.
That's not possilbe for actual infinites to exist in the Physical world as they are illogical.
Why can the universe not be eternal but God can. The third law of thermodynamics teaches us that the universe is eternal. I hate it when creationists use philosophy to argue a point because there is no scientific logic or reason involved. What a bunch of metaphysical hot air. Get a grounding in reality please.
"Ex Nihilo, Nihil Fit" is a fallacy. As you need nothing to have something. With out nothing there is no something. therefore without nothing there is no something is what i say... remember that
