  • Of course it makes u a pro. You have to know what you're doing even u use steroids. It's not like only shoot the steroids in you and you will be big and get a nice body.

  • Beginners should avoid the exercise shown at 4:01, and stick to the weightless option at 4:10, and take it SLOW. Lower back takes time to develop, and is injury-prone if too much is done too quickly.
