available tension - come out (NO SOUND)

a dance solo created in 2003.
[original music: S t e v e R e i c h "Come Out" (1966)]

a single, improvised gesture which has to be spatially geometric, is repeated in a loop. any (involuntary) alteration is kept and followed through, until the movements can become very different.

the goal is to communicate energy in a very personal way between the performer and the audience.
so far this score has resulted in rather monolithical performances...
