Where could I obtain 4 of those individual key switches, but not purchasing the entire keyboard?
-
wow only $60, thats not bad. i've never used a mechanical keyboard so I don't really care, but if I did I'd probably buy it
-
yeah, that is what i meant. sorreh

@Amiskone It means you can press any number of keys at the same time and they all register.
-
For NKRO to work, you must connect the keyboard via PS2 connector, this applies to ALL NKRO keyboards!
-
My keyboard has a 8-key rollover.
-
i thought NKRO meant that you can press every single key at the same time?

@MrAlxndros They're available in Black in spanish? Lol lucky.
You can, but you'd have to acquire some blue switches and desolder the black switches then solder on the blue switches onto the PCB. It's tedious and complicated (somewhat).
Same switches from Cherry? Well the M10 generally uses the Cherry MX Blues switches while Cherry uses their proprietary switches, the Cherry MX and others, and membrane switches.

@pam0077 Yes, but I have to say that the ASK-6600 "fake" white clicky ALPS switches compare very favorably with Cherry MX Blue switches. They're also substantially cheaper. For my money, the Solidtek is a much better value than the Scorpius and is put together so much better. I also tried, and had to RMA, the horribly expensive but under-engineered Adesso which also uses Cherry Blues. I'm currently awaiting the release of the Rosewill mechanical keyboard which will use Cherry MX Blues.
Not using your own product? That's a regular Dell keyboard on your desk. ;)

You're mis-informed and council you to do a little research before you call anything a "horrible lie". The N-rollover does indeed mean unlimited keystrokes registering in buffer - but ONLY when connected via PS/2. The keyboard was connected via USB for the demonstration. The bandwidth on a USB connection is limited to 6. He got it right..
