Reviewed: Kingdom Hearts

If you think I own any of these characters and music, you're a moron. They belong to Disney and Square-Enix respectively.
Pros: Disney charm, good plot and story, different ways to level up at the start of the game, many of the voice actors return, presentation is top notch, combat is fun...after reaching certain levels.
Cons: Camera angles SUCK, some bosses seem unfairly hard, starting worlds are uninteresting boring and confusing, the gummi ship SUCKS, you can't skip the cutscenes.
Personal Faults: I make this game sound worse with all these negative comments but it is good after putting some time into it, I played this game through once and on hard mode so it seems more difficult than I make it out to be, very little stuttering.

You say that the game is hard to get into. Do you mean like hard to get into wanting to play or hard to play through? Because when I first played this, back when I was 16 to today, I've had no problem getting into the game for it automatically pulled me in. Actually, it was probably the first PS2 game I ever played and it's the reason why I bought a PS2 in the first place.

After playing the second one first then playing this one the controls felt a little bit less than fun than the second one. The game takes too long to get into with all the fetch quests you have to do, the combat isn't that much fun and the camera is a pain. The game gets better as it goes along.

When I say that look at the tree, it forms one big circle, and two smaller circles on top to look like the head of Mickey. Those are called "Hidden Mickey's".

The answers to the questions u were asked at the beginning affect ur level up speed.

Mostly top answers, no bottom answers: Fast

Mostly middle answers: Medium

Mostly bottom answers: Slow

It is annoying that u can't skip the cutscenes, though. I watched the before the 2nd Riku boss battle a dozen times because my brother couldn't beat him for a loooong time.

I thought the camera angles were fine, though I had difficulty with DK 64's and Sunshine's. I like that you can't skip the cut-scenes because I sometimes accidentally skip some in some games. Then again, I don't recall having to sit through them multiple times.

@74ribs Aero puts up a shield that decreases damage. The only bosses that I found difficult the first play through were Maleficent's dragon form and the bonus bosses Sephiroth and Kurt Siza. I found the bosses that allowed you to float up and down confusing, but I don't recall dying against them.
