someone thinks she is fat? She looks perfectly healthy. No wonder there are so many people with eating disorders. They are not advocating not eating..they are advocating eating healthy. Very Skinny does not mean healthy. Normal weight is good not under or over weight.

@HappilyCyn She looks perfect. She has a beautiful Slavic roundness in her features.

@vjoerg Cows' digestive systems are radically different from ours - they have a couple of stomachs, for instance, as opposed to our *one.* They chew their cud - essentially, they regurgitate the grass they've swallowed in one stomach, chew it for a while, and then swallow it into another stomach for digestion.
-
@vjoerg You make a very good point.
-
@HappilyCyn Green grass alone makes cows fat...why wouldn't eating enough greens make a human gain weight?
-
Wow, Valya has gained a lot of weight like her mother. I wonder what they eat.

@galinka11 the clothing were from the studio wardrobe.

@shupuwka I don't understand about your mistake about water extract? Would you mind explaining?

My dad was a career Navy guy and we got to live in Japan for 3 years. I was an overweight pre-teen when we arrived there. Not being exposed to fast food or food commercials and eating the local foods of fresh fish, veggies, and whole grain rice, by the time I got back to the US, I was a super-healthy 14 yr. old. I felt mentally & physically healthy, my mind was very clear and was able to focus. When we got back, my family fell back into eating our "local" fare. I gained 20 lbs. in 1 yr...

Daniel 1:8-21 - "Daniel then said to the guard...'Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then compare our appearance with that of those who eat the royal food... So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days. At the end of ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead."
I love Eating Without Heating. The Boutenkos are such an inspiration.

Victoria hired me to photograph lovely Valya and Sergei for their first book "Eating Without Heating". What a lovely family.
And, what a glowing testament to the power of positive thinking and how it is possible to change our minds, improve the quality of our lives and help heal the hungry masses.
