  • Why is it called a sarcoma although the endothelium is an epithelial cell type?

  • it is not treatable.

    it retreates from some areas but appears on another. It's a form of skin cancer, to be more specific, it is a disease of blood cell.

  • Only chemotherpeutically. Its not like a skin cancer that is exciseable. Kaposi's is very aggressive, therefore, there will be many lesions on the patient, not one or two.

  • Are these lesions treatable? And if so, how?

  • You can really tell it's malignancy by looking at the cells. They're all mishapen and piled up on top of each other. It looks like they don't even have a membrane!
