3:45 Is the house of Aw Boon Haw, he along with his brother were the creators of Tiger Balm. He also constructed the theme park Haw Par Villa. I don't think this is the site where Haw Par Villa is now, as that site was a residence for his brother.

I love Singapore and this made me a bit homesick! Those monkeys are never that nice, they were all over the Swiss school and liked stealing the kids lunches :-)
