"Muscle Car" Director's Cut Trailer HD

A darkly comic foray into a strange suburban world, Hope Sullivan's highly stylized and unusual black comedy MUSCLE CAR follows Lemonade (Alethea Allen), a suburban teen who runs away from home trying to escape her "mush" life and realize her dreams, only to fall in love with the wanna-be car thief Riqui (John Bryant Davila). Lemonade convinces Riqui to return to the creepy suburbs to steal the ultimate 'muscliest' muscle car of them all. MUSCLE CAR is a funky, funny, violent fable of the whirlwind of teenage love, fast cars and the clash of 'trasher' city and 'mush' suburban cultures, in a fictitious time and place where violence is the norm and adults are as degenerate as the youth. Catherine Bach better known for her role as Daisy Duke in "The Dukes of Hazzard" television series, plays Muscle Car's sexy mom.
