technically they can but they can't say anything about it. I do believe change should me made to the BSA. Like....you should be allowed to be gay or bi since i'm PRETTY sure they won't hit on anyone.

@soccersock1 yeah im an Eagle the higher ups don't like it but most of the boys don't mind. Some of 'em are retards though but overall it doesn't bother me.

A scout should act like that, unlike you boys who mess around with fart bomb. This is why Venture Crew is a good program, it lets girls teach the boys how to act.
