Curtis Parker was a beast !!!!!!!!!!! only the philly gym wars kept him from his potential, I read an article about Parker beating up every body in the gyms around Philly from Saad Muhammad to Michael Spinks, he sparred Dwight Muhammad Qawi and it was such a violent session, that both teams agreed that they should NEVER spar again. Parkers aggressive style and his ability to take punishment led to a short shelf live. But when he was right, .... he was sensational.

I've had the pleasure of meeting Alex on several occasions. A real stand up guy, it's good to see him back around after the short stay at the hospital he had. He also started a company that helps retired boxers financially.
