Also. on this matter on the above video. you must have a EFIN number before you file income tax for any one else or more than 5 people. you must be registered with the IRS before advertising a web site to do income taxes. I dont know if this gentleman knows the rules & laws of the iRS about making money in doing income taxes. But the IRS is protecting the consumer. A Preparer must now have a PTIN a FEIN & an EFIN prior to running a tax professional service.
