decline is a waste of time, flat fills out your lower chest enough, and you don't end up with that droopy look.

THIS WORKS! Surprisingly no one is ever on the decline bench at my gym.I did this yesterday and the pump i got from it was unbelievable! I did my normal routine afterwards for chest but i started out with this right after warm up while muscles were fresh and actually went UP in weight for the first time with it. My lower pecs wer hurting when i finished the entire work out. I felt muscles flex in the lower chest and in the lower inside corners of the chest that i had never felt flex before. thx!

And hey what about doing dips for chest.
Do i place them before this or afterwards.

@aggarwalankur327 Dips are very effective as well. Hit them after this superset.
