Wow, most useless statement on this video by far. except your follow ups, but this is the prequil, and well, anyways. I could hit my 8 iron 180 yards at 16 if I felt like it, but typically eased up a bit to increase accuracy. distance means nothing kid.
But you have to have some strength to generate serious speed. Don't get me wrong, my arms look like twigs more than anything and I still hit an 8 iron high and far. But to still hit it 180 at the 18th hole, takes a lot of power.
thats true i guess, I also look fairly skinny but have the same strength as my bulkier friends...it just really depends on which muscles you work out. I played ice hockey for years so probably worked on the same muscles as you did
