All about the hummus

A short video I made while in Israel in 2008. My friend Leon takes me to the old city of Yaffo just to the south of Tel Aviv and introduces me to the best hummus in the world as well as the best view of the sea from which to eat it.

Hummus is one of the best Arabic food ...

You should try it in Lebanon, Jordan or Syria... It tastes so good .

@hummusman2 I have had lebanese food before all over canada, and I went to Israel this summer and Their falafel, shawarma and hummus is much better then lebanons

I just got a container of whatI am sure is substandard to what you would consider even acceptable. I had to try it, I was curious. I had no Pita! I used some cheap, nasty, whole wheat tortila. If substandard Hummus on a nasty whole wheat tortilla can taste this good, I'm sure that I have found what must surely be the food of the gods.

This video made me so happy. Finally, someone else understands Abu Hassan like I do. Its hummus makes the gods on Mt. Olympus cry in envy. The gods may have immortality, but Yaffo has m'sabacha.
